GIVING THANKS-Gratitude Practice
Wednesday, 11/27, 9:30-10:15 AM
Gather together with community for this special holiday class. Our practice will begin with a gentle flow followed by a grounding, restorative sequence and guided meditation. Spend time on your mat to set the tone for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday by focusing on the yogic concept of santosha, a principle which highlights the importance of contentment and gratitude.
Donation based- all proceeds will be offered to Auburn Community Cats TNR.

Each class combines deep stretches and supported poses to release tension, restore energy, and promote deep relaxation.

Yoga for Active Adults

Welcome to our Yoga for Active Adults class! Our low-impact poses and stretches are designed to improve your posture, flexibility, balance and strength. Using chairs and other supportive props, this class is perfect for improving mobility, strengthening bones and muscles, and managing pain. Join us and experience the benefits of yoga for yourself!
It is appropriate for ALL experience levels and abilities.
